Possibility of completely different biological systems

The organisms that rely mainly on structural conditions cannot be large and must be on the mesoscopic scale. This is true for the system we know on the earth, but the reason is simply because molecular motions are the intrinsic motions organisms can utilize.

If there is a different type of random (and unceasing) motion, isn’t it possible to have a different-type biological systems quite different from the one we know? For example, if a large scale unceasing turbulent stirring exists, isn’t it possible to conceive cosmic scale complex systems?
