God’s reason that we cannot fathom

In other words, God’s reason is not observable to us. It is not recognized as reason by us, so we can never discern any regularity in it. In other words, the result of God’s rational decision is (if we use Section 2.11) algorithmically random. It is noise. Needless to say, in this book there is no derogative connotation when the word `noise’ is used. On the contrary, noise is the source of every novelty and creativity. That is why God is great.
