On statistical test of random number tables (additional comment)

If a random table contains 100 million lines, the statistical test performed in the text is meaningless: among numerous lines must be statistically deviated lines as well. However, the Kitagawa table has only 50 lines and we are studying its 10%, so this test is sufficiently damaging to the reputation of the table.
